A new take on hospitality
An architectural beauty with a focus on sustainability and durability, this villa is nothing like you have seen before. We are trying to set new standards for hospitality. We believe luxury can be perfectly combined with an eco-conscious approach.
The house, the rooms
The house has five rooms with private bathroom. There is a separate pool villa featuring one more bedroom. The main house has a state of the art kitchen steered by lady chef Fatima. There is a spacious living and dining room and a large outdoor terrace. Relax at the infinity pool. Or in our traditional Moroccan hammam. Read a book in front of the fireplace in the living room. Or get lost in the 8000m² garden with orchard.

Butler-service
Your personal cook can prepare lunch and dinner at your convenience (breakfast is included), the rooms are cleaned every day by our housekeepers and our concierge is there to assist you to plan your trips. Upon request we can also help you with a dedicated driver and guide, a babysitter, massage, pedicure or manicure services, a hairdresser, or even a personal fitness or yoga teacher. You name it, and we get it for you.
State of the art comfort
Our house has been carefully designed to provide the ultimate in comfort and luxury for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you will be impressed by the attention to detail and high-end finishes that make our villa truly special.
One of the standout features of the villa is the floor heating system, which keeps the house comfortable all year round. Or, if you prefer, you can light up the fireplace and enjoy the ambiance of a roaring fire. In the summer, an evaporative cooling system, perfectly fitted for the dry climate of Marrakech, cools the house in a much more pleasant way than traditional air-conditioning does.
There are plenty of other ways to relax and unwind at our house, too. Take a dip in the heated pool, or enjoy a cocktail at the outside bar. The playroom is equipped with a large TV and plenty of games and activities, while the outside pergola is the perfect spot for a BBQ or pizza party, thanks to the barbecue and pizza oven.

The main house: spacious living room and dining area; large fire place; state of the art kitchen; one master bedroom and four regular rooms each having a private bathroom; TV and games room; wifi; floor heating system; evaporative cooling system.
The rooms in the house: one master bedroom with bath, bathroom and dressing; four regular rooms with bathroom and dressing; all beds in all rooms are double beds.
The pool villa: separate villa featuring a living room, a bedroom, a private bathroom and a terrace with direct access to the vegetables and herbs garden.
The garden: large terrace; heated infinity pool; garden of 8000m² with orchard of olive and fruit trees and organic vegetables and herbs garden; donkey house; several covered outside dining areas; outside bar; pizza oven in the herbs garden; petanque.
The wellness villa: separate villa with Moroccan hammam and multi-purpose relaxation area which can be used for massage, pedicure or manicure treatments.
