The house, the rooms

Let us take you around

In 2020, we discovered a farmland located in the beautiful landscape of the Ourika Valley, with stunning views of the Atlas Mountains. Villa Tazegzout (meaning embraced by nature), is located in a Douar, a small village right in the middle between the city of Marrakech and the foot of the Atlas Mountains.

One house,
ecological but modern living

The house is constructed with materials which have been excavated on site (stones, earth) which were also used to reshape the garden. Minimalistic and ecological, the villa does not impose itself on the landscape, and even upon arrival, it only appears once you have passed through the orchard of olive and fruit trees.
The contemporary and cosmopolitan feel comes from the villa's modern design, the state of the art comfort and its warm furnishing.

One house
1 master room, 5 rooms

There are six rooms, each having its private bathroom, terrace and garden facing the Atlas Mountains, and which can host up to a maximum of twelve people, families, friends or colleagues.

Five rooms are located in the house itself, and one room is part of a separate villa, which also features a living room and a terrace with direct access to the organic vegetables and herbs garden.

One house,
magnificient outside space

The house features a large terrace and infinity pool perfectly integrated in a walled dry garden consisting of local trees, plants and flowers, requiring a minimal use of water. The garden is irrigated with reused rain water. In winter the white roses alongide to the pool perfectly fit the snowy peaks of the Atlas Mountains.

Separate pool villa

What was originally planned to be a poolhouse finally became a villa of its own, featuring a living room, bedroom and private bathroom as well as a private terrace with direct access to the vegetables and herbs garden.

One house,
wonderful surroundings

The douar where the house is located, between Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains and close to the Agafay Desert, offers plenty of possibilities for daytrips in wonderful but contrasting surroundings. From the green Ourika Valley to the dunes of the Agafay Desert or the snowy peaks of the Atlas Mountains, the region features an astonishing diversity.

“A great house. Abdessamad and Keltoum make you feel at home right away. And wow, the food… it is the best I ever had in Morocco…. All in all a high recommend from our side. 5 star home.”
